DR. SIR OKEY BILLY OKOYE, MFR.
He is the Executive Chairman of Raffles Energies Ltd and a Professor at the University of Abuja. Before joining Raffles Energies in 2022, Sir Billy Okoye was the Group Executive Director for the Ventures and Business Development Directorate of the Nigerian National Petroleum Company Limited. Preceding this, he held various other Management positions in the Nigerian Petroleum Industry.
In appreciation of his contributions to the Petroleum industry, the President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria rewarded him with the prestigious National Honours Award of the Order of Member of the Federal Republic (MFR).

DR. UCHE NWANKWO
Dr. Uche Nwankwo has many years of Administration and Human Resource experience from the public and private sectors. She worked with the River State Government and Lagos State Government as Human Resources Management Expert.
She later founded the Cobena Group of Schools. Armed with a Bachelor’s Degree in Microbiology from the University of Port Harcourt, and a Doctorate in Human Management.
Dr. Uche manages the Administration and Human Resources Division of Raffles Energies.
COMPANY SECRETARY/LEGAL ADVISER
AMAKA EDNA ESQ.
Highly driven and dedicated professionals with extensive academic and law firm experience, including a background in intellectual property law gained through formal education and litigation cases.
Proactive with a desire to achieve high-productive output while maintaining high morale and staying calm under pressure when juggling multiple projects. Continually exceeds expectations at all levels of the organization.
Amaka is a member of the American Bar Association (ABA). She is armed with a Master of Laws in Energy and Environmental Law/Science Technology/Intellectual Property Law from Pennsylvania State University, USA, and a Bachelor of Law from Baze University, Abuja, Nigeria.
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST
SANI, ERICSON
Sani Ericson is a highly driven professional who has achieved notable success in boosting sales, fostering development, expanding customer bases, and enhancing market presence.
In his role as a Business Development Specialist/Personal Assistant at Gojeho Consultancy/Manpower Development Ltd, he oversaw and managed the entire spectrum of business operations, effectively elevating the company’s profitability.
Sani holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc.) degree in Mathematics and Statistics from the Federal University of Agriculture in Makurdi, Benue State. He has also earned professional certifications in Business Management from the Tony Elumelu School of Business in 2022. Additionally, he possesses certifications in Mindset Re-Orientation, Entrepreneurial Thinking, and Business Modeling from the Nigerian Open University. Furthermore, he has obtained certification in Process Safety and Loss Prevention within the Midstream and Downstream Petroleum Operations from Raffles Energies Limited.

BELONWU, STELLA CHIKA
Belonwu Stella Chika is a highly driven individual and a dedicated Office Administrator who has over the past years, administered organizations and businesses. She worked at the Federal Ministry of Transportation, Abuja.
She has maintained high professional ethics throughout her career and offered values in every job tasks and responsibility. She is highly organized, meticulous, tech-savvy, and possesses strong client relations and support skills with excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Stella graduated from the University of Abuja with a Second Class Upper Degree in Computer Science and has a Professional Certification in Office Administration and Management from the Institute of Manpower Development and Management. She also possesses a creativity and Problem-Solving Certification from the Metropolitan School of Business and Management, London – United Kingdom.
